A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUYER - SALES ASSOCIATE

In this entry-level position, you are vital to the experience of our guests. When customers enter our store, you greet them with a smile. As they shop around, you answer questions and assist them with ease. When they are ready to check out, you ring them up and accept their payment, giving back accurate change if they pay with cash. You also buy items from guests when they bring in their used clothing and shoes. Attentive to detail, you sort through everything that's brought in, separating everything that fits our standards to be sold. Then, you prepare and give the customer an offer for their items. You love working with our customers and take pride in the service you offer!
