We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Transformation Manager to lead the transformation of our organization's business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, change management, and project management, and will be able to develop and execute a comprehensive transformation plan that aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap.
• Conduct analysis of current business processes and identify areas for optimization, automation, and standardization with a focus on ROI.
• Develop and implement change management strategies consistent with the PROSI ADKAR model to ensure successful adoption of new processes and procedures.
• Lead cross-functional project communication and implement process improvements to achieve transformation goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
• Work closely with IT, Finance, and other functional teams to ensure alignment, forecasting and integration of new processes and technology.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives and adjust as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or project management
• Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, ROI and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization
• Strong understanding of change management principles and techniques
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodolgies preferred
• PMP or other project management certification preferred
• Mortgage Processing Experience preferred
