Job description

Overall Job Objective: The Business Sales Specialist is an independent contractor working on behalf of Tutor Doctor of Evans. The specialist will attend schools on a weekly basis. An average of 8 hours per week or 40 hours per month would be dedicated to school visits, recruitment and events. The specialist works in conjunction with the Business Owner to establish school and business partnerships.

Role and Responsibilities: School and Business Partnerships, Tutor Recruitment and special projects as needed to enhance and grow the business.

Main Job Components & Responsibilities

School/Business Visits

· On a weekly basis the specialist will be expected to make a minimum of 16 school/business visits weekly

· Make connections and generate leads to convert to contracts

Required Skills and Experience:

· 1 – 2 years Client service experience in B2C and B2B environment

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Microsoft Office intermediate skills

CRM experience

Resources Required

· A reliable vehicle kept in a workable, clean, and presentable condition.

· A computer and adequate internet line and data package.

· A cell phone.

Appropriate branded clothing to wear during visits and events.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

· Sales experience is an advantage

· Previous experience in education or tutoring is a plus

· Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills

· Confident, friendly and outgoing manner

· Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities and age groups

· Self-starter, able to think on your feet and show initiative

Willing to work 1 weekend per month and during school hours

Other Responsibilities - Special projects and initiatives as assigned such as training or business improvements.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
