About This Opportunity:
This Business Resilience Specialist I will join a well-built Resilience team. This position offers the opportunity to work all sides of InComm Payments' business, shared services, technology and site leadership teams to promote a holistic resilience company culture. As a Business Resilience staff member, you will assist with risk assessments, emergency response/continuity plans, support trainings and drills, and work with tools such as Fusion and Everbridge.
Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and interpreting data for use in risk assessments, business impact analyses and planning.
  • Assisting in the development, testing and refinement of emergency response plans for major offices.
  • Writing After-Action Reports and monitoring action item closure.
  • Maintaining and reporting business resilience data.
  • Monitoring and analyzing early warnings of threats for proactive preparation and response.
  • Utilizing threat monitoring, risk assessment, planning, testing, incident management and emergency communication tools.
Qualifications:
  • Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to use good judgement and strong attention to detail and follow-up items.
  • Ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization to accomplish the program's objectives.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize key activities.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the highest levels of professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required, including presentation and meeting facilitation experience.
  • Must possess command of English language; ability to speak/read Spanish or Japanese is desirable.
  • General computer skills and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products is required.
  • Ability to work productively while remote and communicate effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
