JOB Description:

The Business Operations Reporting Analyst supports the service desk and service request demands of the system operations team. The analyst shall serve reporting requests for the NSLDS system, utilizing big data analytics skills and large volume database queries.

• Join a team of analysts on the service request team responsible for the O&M of existing web applications in production.
• The analysts will build skills required to support technical and functional areas including SQL, Splunk, App Dynamics, data modeling, analysis and be required to perform research and analysis of issues and requests throughout the delivery life cycle.
• Point of contact for day-to-day client/customer service requests (Data requests, data updates, processing job runs, etc.)
• Incident research and reporting.
• Operational reporting on health of our systems.

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Required Skills :

• 5 – 8 years of experience on Oracle SQL Developer
• 3 – 5 years of experience on Data Analytics
• 1 – 3 years of experience on SAS Analytics
• 3 - 5 years of experience on Python
• 3 - 5 years of experience on Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
