Resource Innovations is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our growing team in Hinsdale, IL. As a Business Process Analyst with Resource Innovations, you will analyze business processes by using and developing process maps, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve operational efficiency, quality assurance and quality control. In addition, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to write, train and establish policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and QA/QC metrics and KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, using process mapping, data analysis and Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve operational efficiency, quality assurance and quality control
• Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with process owners to improve throughput
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to write, train, and establish policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and QA/QC metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to conduct Root Cause(s) Analyses and implement preventive measures
• Identify and establish policies and procedures
• Your work will support the improvement of financial forecast accuracy, turnaround times, reduce process errors, improve/reduce processing times to meet customer demands
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, engineering, or related field
• 2 or more years of Business Analyst experience, or related Lean / Six Sigma experience
• Previous experience creating process maps and standard operating procedures
• Previous experience using Visio and other process mapping tools preferred
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
