We need your passion and skills as a People & Culture Business Partner to strategically partner with business leaders in creating effective people strategies. This role is also pivotal in ensuring effective facilitation, communication and change management of our P&C programs, policies, and practices within each area of the business. You will be part of the core P&C team at FYihealth group.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Reviewing the people analytics for your business to monitor trends
  • Bringing strategic recommendations to your business unit about how to improve their business results through their people strategies
  • Building relationships, providing leadership, and coaching on all people related programs, strategies and execution
  • Working with your People & Culture peeps to help build and implement people best practices
  • Working with business leaders to evolve organizational structures and talent strategies for short- and long-term scalability
  • Modeling and reinforcing our high performance coaching culture
  • Sharing the P&C roadmap and gaining buy-in/support from your business to champion it with their teams
  • Translating your business needs/opportunities back to P&C
  • Gathering feedback to improve P&C programs and practices
  • Providing consultation and guidance on performance management, engagement, career planning and talent development
  • Building and cultivating positive, trust-based working relationships across the business at all levels
  • Working with your peers to develop templates, programs, and policies to enable the business
  • Ensuring effective change management in all people related activities

What You Bring:

  • A can do, let’s get creative, and jump in attitude
  • A University degree/college diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related P&C experience
  • Experience in using HR analytics to support business decisions
  • Experience in facilitating change management
  • Experience working in an HRIS (UKG specifically would be an asset)
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions and integrations is highly desired
  • Completion of a CHRL/CHRP designation an asset
  • French/English bilingual an asset
