Business Intelligence Project Manager
A Project Manager will be responsible for the overall successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project of our client-based projects. You will be responsible for making decisions, both large and small as well as:
- Accountability for tactical management of projects from kick off through final deliverable, coordinating various project elements.
- Coordinating the development of deliverables working with key stakeholders
- Proactively manage project prioritization, calendar/scheduling, job routing, execution follow-up and final QA process.
- Effectively plan, coordinate, track, and report to the client on project team progress.
- Author content and lead project kick off meetings (travel may be required)
- Responsible for recurring client touchpoint meetings throughout project duration
- Accountable for successful project transition upon completion
- Monitor and track project status, and report regularly in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to effectively identify and escalate potential issues in a timely manner.
- Provide overall resource and project management including planning, assessment, assignment of projects, while monitoring progress, timelines, managing resources and customer satisfaction.
- Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, adjust deadlines, when necessary, monitor and summarize task progress.
- Utilize PMO metrics to make proactive decisions, measure success and report project progress
Experience
- Experience in waterfall, Agile/Scrum,
- Experience in mentoring others, specifically BUsiness analysts
- Experience in elicitation of requirements
- Experience in developing user stories
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of technical experience
- 8+ years of position specific experience
- 6+ years of mentorship experience
- 8+ years of Project/Client Engagement and Customer Facing Experience: 8+
- Relevant certifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00
The information above is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado. The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado applicants for this role is $110,000-$130,000. Actual compensation is impacted by a number of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, specific work location and any potential licenses and certifications required for the role.
