Job Description

01 . Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation and maintenance of functional requirements for API and Identity Access Management Platform projects by working in close liaison with customers and other divisions and in line with evolving business requirements

02 . Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.

03 . Provide highly technical or relevant business knowledge during all phases of the development and resolve unique and complex business problems, recognizing technical constraints.

04 . Produce and maintain conceptual models (data and functional) in accordance with the adopted methodology.

05 . Conduct presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Approve and conduct a training sessions on system solutions.

06 . Understand technological trends in own area of responsibility and apply this knowledge to bring solutions to the customers.

07 . Lead and plan the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.

08 . Interface with application software development and other users as appropriate to explain solutions.

09 . In line with established procedures, organize, co-ordinate and control the recurring output of one or several teams of specialists in the area. May be consulted on people- and department management issues. Assist less senior team members in resolving problems.

10 . May support business users on deployed/live systems.

11. You will actively engage with your squad, a multi-disciplinary, autonomous team, composed of product management, development, quality assurance, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure that the functional and non-functional requirements are in line with customer expectations.

12. You will contribute to the continuous improvement on how to have maximum effectiveness in a changing, Agile, environment. You participate in the life of the squad and in the Agile ceremonies.
