Responsibilities:
- Actively lead federal government project opportunities and teams within established guidelines using government contract vehicles from opportunity identification through selection, contract award, implementation and ongoing service
- Develop and take ownership for strategizing and building business with government clients
- Develop strategies for partnering and teaming relationships to increase opportunity selections
- Cultivate long-term relationships with the appropriate key client decision makers
- Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients to review and define program opportunities and desired success parameters and qualify opportunities.
- Prepare and present well-articulated value proposition to prospective clients of the RELI Group organization
- Identify and ensure engagement with multiple stakeholders within the client's organization throughout the project development process, to determine and develop compelling strategies. Provide marketplace feedback, including competitive information, customer expectations, industry trends, etc.
- Develop and maintain opportunities pipeline

- Accountable for effective communication with federal government representatives and articulating the “must-have” and “win” strategies
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Federal business development and capture experience with proven sales record
- DHS, HHS, DoD experience are desirable
- Understand federal government agencies, procurement vehicles and general federal market knowledge to achieve successful goals
- understanding of, and extensive existing relationships focused on one or more federal agencies
- Proven success scaling a high-growth company or business unit
- Ability to execute on and motivate a team around growth and sales targets
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Strong network & trusted relationships across industry partner ecosystem
- Expert knowledge of Federal contracting (i.e. FAR/DF AR)
- This role can be completed 100% remote
