About the Role

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our Growth Organization as a Business Development Coordinator. You will work between our Marketing and Lead Generation efforts and our Business Development Team to identify new contacts and secure conversations with marina owners across the country. You'll be measured on your ability to create opportunities that lead to new business. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance their career by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day. As a Business Development Coordinator at Oasis, you’ll be an instrumental player to our growth as we build upon the success we’ve had delivering industry. We will trust you to evangelize Our Company, open doors into opportunities, and consistently exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Business Development leaders to develop creative approaches to engaging new prospects.
  • Respond to Leads, Inbound Emails and other channels to support multiple campaigns and targeted prospecting efforts.
  • Research and qualify leads by following the inbound BDR process and schedule meetings with prospects for Business Development Directors.
  • Monitor and track sales activities and results using SalesForce.
  • Optimize the prospecting process by reporting issues to management
  • Create an outstanding experience for our prospects.
  • Create and prioritize target account lists within a defined territory
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Schedule qualified meetings.
  • Hit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals set by sales management
  • Ensure all assigned marketing leads accepted and worked in a timely manner
  • Follow and refine BDR processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 1-3 Years of full-time corporate sales experience
  • Understanding of B2B Enterprise Marketing & Sales
  • Inside sales experience a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
  • Good time management with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
