Business Development Representative

Swoop Business Solutions is a national processing company that serves small to medium sized businesses. Our Business Development Reps set meetings for our Inside Sales Agents to speak directly with business owners throughout the country to discuss their payment processing needs. We are looking for people that will amp up our environment! We love to work hard, but we also love to play hard. We play music; play games for prizes & cash; and much more!

The Benefits:

Position Requirements:

- Must love having FUN!

-Outbound Phone calling experience

- Use a CRM System

- Be articulate

- Be a superior communicator over the phone

- Have superior written skills

- Have an upbeat attitude

- Motivation, drive, and strong work ethic

- Enjoy working in a team environment

- Look and act like a professional

- Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, etc.) a plus, but not necessary.

40 Hours/week (8:00am - 5pm)

(1 hour lunch)

Starting Pay :
Base, Benefits Package, and Commission. Employees should expect to make between $50k and $75k in their first year.
