Onsite from day 1—Hybrid Model(3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)

candidate will be at client location for 2-3 days and can WFH for rest

Job Description—

• 5- 7 years of experience in the data domain
• Mandatory Experience in HR Domain Data
• Understanding of HR systems or having worked on HR systems Data specifically Workday Taleo Payroll etc . Datawarehouse, Prism
• Mandatory Strong understanding of SQL databases DW and ETL technologies
• Mandatory Strong experience with MS Excel proficient in the use of functions pivot tables and PowerPoint
• Mandatory Understanding of how data can be retrieved from an API platform
• Nice to have Critical thinking mindset high attention to detail even in high pressure fast paced sprints
• A collaborative nature and team orientation Deft navigation of data challenges procurement cleaning transforming and ingesting
• A confident communicator strong written and verbal English a self starter
