Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst, Payments who will support internal pricing and margin analysis of Togetherwork’s Payments business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders throughout the company on monthly/quarterly Payments financial and business reviews, customer pricing and profitability analysis, forecasting and long-term strategic planning
• Analyze month-end performance to understand and communicate key Payments drivers and variances, providing insight and recommendations to senior management
• Support the development of the analytics and Business Intelligence platform (Power BI) to track and analyze key financial, sales, and business metrics related to the Payments business
• Develop and maintain payments forecasting models for existing and newly acquired operating companies across the portfolio
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly presentations and supporting analysis for management and Executive teams
• Support pre-acquisition M&A financial modelling, ensuring seamless integration of key metrics and data support for post-acquisition reporting
• Ad hoc business, financial, and data analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Data Management, or other business-related discipline
• 2 years of relevant Analyst experience, preferably in Business Intelligence or Financial Analysis
• Strong grasp of data analysis, leveraging data systems and reporting tools, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Highly proficient user of Excel and Business Intelligence tools
• Self-starter who takes initiative to improve process and evolve operational reporting
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, working across the organization with key stakeholders to provide decision support
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and frequently changing priorities
• Superior quantitative, analytical, and modeling skills
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Sisense

Salary Range

US Remote: $90,000 – $100,000 USD per year + bonus
