What we need…
Business Analyst – Report Writer to join our growing Business Intelligence team! This role will be responsible for providing report writing support and constructing new reports for our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated, team player with a strong aptitude for data analysis.

What you’ll do…

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
• Analyze requirements and translate to report writing environment
• Build reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
• Perform data validation
• Resolve technical issues related to report creation, data manipulation and report calculations
• Identify opportunities to best leverage data to produce insightful information
• Provide client support for report writing and related system requests
• Develop and maintain application / data set knowledge
• Create and maintain documentation

What you’ll bring…

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or similar role
• Technical aptitude, ability to analyze data and understanding of relational databases required
• Finance or banking experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills requires
• Experience constructing database queries; SQL knowledge preferred
• Ability to grasp complex issues and determine appropriate resolution
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced excel skills
• Strong business writing skills
