The Business Analyst develops, maintains and owns comprehensive business reporting covering the areas of Utility Sales, Construction, ROW, and High-Voltage Test Center. Reports will include, but not be limited to, gross and net productivity, market share, market forecasts, efficiency, and trend analysis. Position will also assist with sales coordination for key and other accounts as required. - Accurately develop and process critical reports and communicate such reports to the VP of USSD and department managers.
- Produce reports used for strategic planning and assist in the analysis of these reports to determine appropriate sales, marketing and expenditure goals.
- Prepare operational analysis reports highlighting variances and performance drivers.
- Compare current statistics to historical data to validate accuracy and market position.
- Has daily key account responsibility for AECC sales coordination. Monitors project status, coordinates delivery and proactively communicates pertinent information regarding manufacture and delivery.
- Conduct market research to evaluate products and services trends and help drive sales efforts in an efficient direction.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, identify issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assists inside Sales Coordinators with preparing quotes, tracking production, reviewing order status and delivery, and provide updates to certain customers as may be required from time to time.
- The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Analyst I: No experience required.
- Analyst II: Minimum 2 years’ experience required.
- Analyst III: Minimum 4 years’ experience required.
- Senior Analyst: Minimum 6 years’ experience required.
