The Catalyst Team is seeking a Business Analyst to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Responsibilities
- Performing requirements analysis and Working in a scrum environment
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

- JIRA
- Ability to create user stories
- Experience with the SDLC
- Experience working on development projects from scratch
