Multiband Global is seeking a skilled in-home technician to join our Fiber team in the Atlanta area. This is the perfect position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to have a meaningful impact on customer and company results. Successful candidates will have customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and be properly trained in pole drops as well as in home installation.

The Installation Flex Technician will work both inside and outside the home and is responsible for the installation, service, and customer experience of the new home security and or fiber system. This individual should be customer focused and committed to ensuring the highest degree of end-user satisfaction, as well as being well versed in the fundamentals of residential customer wiring and installation.

Experience Required

• 1-2 years of intrusion alarm, low-voltage or similar experience
• Knowledge of smartphones and tablets
• Willingness to learn
• Must be self-motivated and be able to work proficiently unsupervised
• Must be able to pass criminal background check, proof of residency, clean driving record, and drug screening
• All candidates must be physically able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work with basic tools: extension ladders, drill, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally.
