  • Manage pre-planning conferences with sales teams and customers to clarify customer and account team objectives
  • Engage, manage, and develop positive and collaborative relationships with internal resources and subject matter experts across various organizations; refine briefing documents and presentations to ensure message alignment
  • Actively participate in problem solving and planning sessions that support high quality procedures for briefing planning and execution.
  • Work with fellow Briefing professionals and cross-functional teams in growing programs that support the innovative Juniper briefing experience.

The right person for this role:

  • This team is high-energy and all about possibilities, so you’ll need to have great enthusiasm for learning new approaches and implementing innovative ideas– we’re going to be creating a lot of new experiences for our customers and we want someone who likes a dynamic environment
  • You’ll need to be a thoughtful and engaged collaborator who will contribute to a positive team environment and have an interest in helping to develop innovative new services, processes and approaches that add to our World Class briefing experience
  • You should be someone who’s interested in contributing beyond briefing development and lead or collaborate on communications, marketing, VoC, EBC on the Road and other projects with and for customers and Juniper stakeholders.
  • Briefing experience and knowledge of briefing software and processes is a huge plus, but we’ll train executive meeting professionals to deliver our exceptional experiences.
