Job description

Under intermittent supervision, performs house keeping in assigned production areas and assists in start-up and shut-down of operations. Responsible for maintaining clean tank and tote inventories. Transports finished product and all waste product to assure proper supply, storage and disposal of these materials. As ingredient handler, maintains adequate supply of ingredients to operating lines, weighs and dumps ingredients to assure that systems are adequately supplied with raw materials. Performs required HACCP, traceability and quality checks in the work area. Is responsible for timely submission of shift line reports. Performs necessary relief where required and performs other duties as assigned.
