This is a day time position with hours ranging from 5:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. Ideally, you'll have some prior experience in a hotel environment, be able to demonstrate initiative and be someone who has the reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with.
This position is primarily responsible for preparing and serving the daily continental breakfast, greeting each guest and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their stay.
Essential Position Functions:
- Provides personalized service to all guests.
- Responds promptly and efficiently to guest’s inquiries, requests and concerns.
- Maintains the breakfast bar in an attractive, organized, clean and standardized presentation.
- Sets out and stocks breakfast food during serving hours.
- Sets out and stocks breakfast beverages (coffee, juice, etc.) during service hours.
- Restocks supplies as needed.
- Clears and cleans tables and breakfast area as needed.
- Removes trash as needed.
- Washes serving equipment and returns to storage.
- Returns reusable food supplies to storage.
- Takes inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Assists with ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Maintains open communication with hotel departments.
- Assists with compliance of all state and local health policies and regulations.
- Understands and performs basic safety, security and emergency procedures of the hotel.
- Assists other departments as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Reports to Guest Service Lead, Operations Manager/Assistant General Manager, and/or General Manager.
