- Set up of the complimentary breakfast buffet arrangement and preparation of hot / cold offerings. No need to worry if you are not a culinary chef - items are of the heat and serve variety. Believe us, if our GM can struggle through it you will have no problems at all. Complete training provided.
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, sincere smile and provide outstanding service. Engage people to ensure they are aware of all our numerous offerings. Proactively look to see if there is anything that we can do to make their breakfast experience the very best!
- Ensure buffet is fully stocked, clean and appetizing to the eyes. Maintain adequate supply of food to ensure we never run out. We want our guests to think 'bountiful' and never like they are getting 'leftover scraps'. Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast and seating areas - sparkling clean and sanitary is our goal.
- Break down buffet service, clean areas and prep for the following day. Perform weekly inventories to ensure we have all products and never run out of anything.
