Position Summary:

Primary duty is making sales of Constellation brand products to retail account customers of the company.

Places focus on all designated Constellation brands with the purpose to grow volume, keep the brands top of mind to both the sales force and the trade, and to seek new distribution opportunities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Makes sales of the Constellation brand products to retail account customers in the field.
• Develops and fosters business relationships with key retailers off-premise.
• Trade calls with assigned accounts weekly.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales objectives that drive sales growth.
• Interacts daily with sales force to ensure company goals related to Constellation brands are met.
• Educate the sales force on assigned brands.
• Execute marketing plans for assigned brands. (I.E. sell in and build displays with current theme)
• Keeps abreast of current trends and practices in field of expertise.
• Work with Team Leaders and Off-Premise department to implement market sampling.
• Manage close dated product in the warehouse and works with sales force to move close dated product, ensuring the consumer gets the freshest product available.
• Attend appropriate brand meetings and provide field input.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in beverage industry preferred.
• Intermediate computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Advanced to Expert skill level on various social media platforms. (I.E. Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the effective management and motivation of assigned employees and in accomplishing goals and objectives.
• Must handle alcohol and work within TABC guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus).
• Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 pounds, unassisted.
• Must be able to pass Drug Screen and a Physical Performance Exam (PPE).
• Ability to operate a two or four wheel dolly

Working Conditions:

• 
  All weather conditions (indoor & outdoor) including high temperatures, cool/cold temperatures, wind, ice, humidity, rain, fog, hail, sleet and snow.
• Daylight, twilight, evening and dark lighting conditions.
• Noise, vibration, dust, dirt, airborne particles, fumes.
• Work hours will vary daily due to business needs.
