Our Brand Team is looking for a brand marketing manager to drive forward core programs including brand architecture and message development, product naming initiatives, merger and acquisition integrations, brand templates and projects, and other brand enablement programs. We’re looking for someone who is motivated and experienced, and who can communicate value in both written and visual expression of the brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B technology marketing background in brand messaging or solutions marketing, with the ability to step into our audience’s shoes and translate technical concepts and a complex portfolio into a compelling brand expression. The selected candidate will also be skilled at interfacing with executive product management leaders throughout the company during the definition and roll-out of company-wide brand initiatives.



Position Overview



In this individual contributor role, you will be a key member of the Brand Team and able to work remotely from home anywhere in the US or Canada.



This position will focus on these main tasks:


  • In partnership with internal groups, define, refine, and manage the roll-out of new product brand architectures and product naming conventions, and develop associated governance processes, standards, and internal education
  • Develop guidelines and manage the approval process for product/solution naming and sub-brand requests, and educate internally
  • Serve as the brand integration lead for merger and acquisition activities, focusing on creating integrated branding strategies for newly acquired businesses that fit into the company’s business and sales growth strategies
  • Manage and update co-marketing branding guidelines and external access portals
  • Create and manage additional brand initiatives and projects across the org as assigned
  • Craft and deploy brand enablement programs
  • Daily brand review responsibilities for messaging and project execution, plus ownership of the brand review process on Zendesk
  • Partner across the marketing org to ensure brand messaging and strategy is successfully cascaded across campaigns and marketing programs at multiple levels

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or master’s university degree or equivalent (marketing or communications preferred, MBA or master’s in marketing are a plus)
  • 5-8 total years of experience in high-tech B2B marketing (product and/or brand management a plus), with 5 years of brand messaging development and brand management
  • Experience with the development and deployment of core brand strategy elements – positioning, persona and journey development, brand architecture and naming principals, brand standards and visual guidelines, etc.
  • Demonstrated success as an internal brand evangelist and enabler – helping others across the company understand the value of the brand and providing the resources and training to amplify brand-level messages within their own activities
  • Experience developing and managing governance processes for creative review and approval to ensure consistency with brand standards
  • Honed project management skills, with demonstrated delivery of programs on time and on budget
  • Experience developing brand-level messaging and content, and working closely with peer and executive leaders and SMEs to develop compelling brand programs
  • Ability to think creatively, break industry stereotypes, and bring new ideas and best practices from outside Keysight
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Proven success working with global, cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio of brand work required

Colorado Pay Range: $103,650 - $172,740

California Pay Range: $111,940 -$204,700

New York City Pay Range: $122,820 - $204,700


Based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
