Corestream is seeking a Brand Development Manager to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial sales team. This is a unique opportunity that blends business development, account management, and consultative sales with cross-functional team collaboration, strategy, and data driven decision making. You will be reporting to the Director of Brand Partnerships and have direct visibility with senior leadership. Your Mission
- Provide excellent customer service and innovative marketing solutions to existing business, and expand relationships to secure business and increase revenue
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and develop new relationships and revenue opportunities while utilizing thorough research to construct effective territory plans
- Perpetually perform research and strategic analysis of new business opportunities, existing clients, and competitor programs
- Develop highly customized marketing plans for high-profile brands based on their unique needs and budgets
- Ability to learn our unique advertising ecosystem, negotiate contract terms, and showcase independent critical thinking and accountability
- Navigate complex business dynamics in sales situations with high emotional intelligence and a willingness to learn and apply feedback
- Liaison between creative team and marketing to ensure sales/advertising strategies align with customer goals
- Meticulously manage a sales pipeline within Salesforce
- Be an adaptable self-starter with the flexibility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines
Recipe for Success
- 2+ years experience in e-Commerce, B2B or B2C sales with proven success
- Bachelor’s degree
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levels
- Demonstrate the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
- Ability to build strong personal relationships and enjoy providing client-focused solutions
- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
- Strong experience managing complex processes and the confidence to suggest improvements to increase efficiency, maximize revenue, and be an agent of change
- Proficiency with multiple online tools (in particular, Salesforce, G-Suite, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office)
- Energetic, positive, and intrinsically motivated

- Experience working in digital media and basics of digital ad measurement a plus
- Experience with voluntary and/or corporate benefits a plus
- Familiarity with PowerBI or other data software
- Experience at a technology/SaaS company
