A Brand Ambassador is outgoing, passionate, and represents our partner brands with professionalism, positivity, and focus. The Brand Ambassador works closely with our client to achieve marketing goals, brand initiatives, and objectives. They are a self-starter promoting our brands with knowledge and the highest level of customer service to gain brand recognition and loyalty among consumers. Cannabis knowledge and experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate brand ethos, mission statement, process, and goals.
- Act as the "face" of the brand within the territory, representing our partner brands at retail, events, and within the cannabis industry and community.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of products and articulate that to new and loyal customers.
- Execute promotions through tracking activities, sales, and communication during demos. Complete Recap forms within 24-48 hours of a shift.
- Review the recap form before the shift to make sure all questions are answered and pictures are submitted.
- Self-starter. Responsible for scheduled demos and events, transporting all promotional materials to and from promotions, and communicating with managers, staff, and consumers.
- Positive and driven. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all events.
- Other duties as assigned and required
- Candidate must be 21 or over
- A valid driver's license
- Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation (travel required)
- 2 years of Sales, Brand Ambassador, Event Staff, or Budtender experience is a plus
- Confident and outgoing with excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulations
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer service
- Ability to educate and train large groups
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- Remote for Training
- Travel and in-person at dispensaries and events for demonstrations.
- Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Stand or sit for extended periods of time.
