Description

  • Receives visitors and supports individual, department or site staff by promptly, courteously and accurately addressing requests for assistance.
  • Acts as the organization's first point of contact for visitors and/or callers while ensuring professional communication
  • Receives and directs calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Welcomes visitors, ensures and maintains proper sign-in documents and explains/follows safety procedures.
  • Completes all incoming and outgoing mail requirements, including courier services and manages maintenance of the postage machine as applicable.
  • Manages the office supplies stockroom, places office supplies orders and maintains effective administration.
  • Supports administrative projects as assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
