Numa Management is looking to fill an Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistant position. This is a 2 years temporary assignment in Kingston, NY

POSITIONS & DUTIES:

Duties for the Bookkeeping, Accounting and Auditing Clerk positions placed under this RFQ include, but are not limited to the followings:

• Must have knowledge of basic bookkeeping, accounting and financial record keeping procedures.
• Some knowledge of financial terminology, payroll procedures, and budget preparation is also required
• Ability to compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete.
• Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
• May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
• May also perform a variety of analysis

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $18.33 - $26.41 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Albany, NY 12208: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years (Preferred)
