This short-term contract / temporary position is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper who wants to work in the Seattle, Washington area.Your responsibilities
- Oversee and manage general ledger
- Examine payments received and record deposits
- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
- Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping
- Monitor accounts by balancing entries
- Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Deep understanding of payroll
- Proven knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
- Bank reconciliations experience preferred
- Quickbooks Online experience highly desired
- Command of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prior experience working with collections/accounting software
