ACI Federal is a rapidly growing company looking to bring on an experienced bookkeeper.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain Company accounts via QuickBooks accounting software
Ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional organization skills.
Notify senior staff of any accounting errors.
Prepare customer invoicing.
Apply customer payments
Process vendor invoices.
Issue accounts payable checks.
Provide standard QuickBooks reports as required.
Requirements:
2-5 years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
Government contract experience helpful but not necessary.
Payroll experience helpful.
Excellent Excel skills.
Customer service experience helpful.
