412mgmt is a fully-remote accounting and advising firm. We work with small businesses to help them understand their finances, make sure they are on solid footing, and put them in position to succeed.

We're looking for a Bookkeeper who has experience in maintaining financial records and managing bookkeeping systems. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of accounting procedures and be able to support the company's management team with day-to-day tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in finance and a passion for bookkeeping.

Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred. Candidates with real estate accounting experience are encouraged to apply.

We are happy to provide on-the-job training as needed and are looking for a candidate that can grow with our company. This will be a part-time position, probably starting around 5-10 hours/week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client financial accounts and oversee their maintenance.
• Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Perform administrative functions, such as filing electronic documents.
• Prepare payroll records.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
