Line Cook/Prep Cook

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, able and willing to work in a hot, fast-paced environment while maintaining the company's quality standards.

Previous experience in food service is a plus!

Qualifications

• Maintain good attendance and punctuality

• A Texas food handler’s card

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

• Ability to build and maintain relationships and work as part of a team

• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, maintaining store safety and security, and adhering to standards set by the Texas health code

• Prepare and package food and beverages to our high-quality standard

• Available to perform many different tasks within the restaurant during each shift

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to learn quickly

• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

• Strong interpersonal skills
