ABRA Collision Center is a well established, respected Collision Center in the metro Atlanta market that is part of a national MSO franchise and we want YOU to come along for the ride! Being one of the fastest growing dealers and Collision Centers in metro Atlanta, we are in need of people who are looking for a change. We stay steady with business due to our long history of customer service in the area along with quality repairs. We have excellent relationships with our DRP partners. We are a DRP for State Farm, Allstate, Nationwide, Geico, MetLife, American Family & The Hartford. We also work with all other carriers. We have 8 Body Techs, a head Painter & 2 Painter's helpers in the shop. We have up to date equipment and an I-CAR Gold trained staff. We are conveniently located at interstate 575 and Towne Lake Parkway in the heart of it all. If you are tired of being in a slow shop and not making money, apply today!

We prefer 3-5 yrs experience or industry knowledge!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee repair orders and flow of the collision repair process. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines
  • Obtain all signatures, work authorizations and powers of attorney
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the Collision Center to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Make every effort to satisfy the customer's needs in regards to their collision repair
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems and repairs
  • Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain good working relationship with DRPs and foster positive employee relations

Qualifications

  • Organized and friendly personality
  • CCC One experience beneficial
  • DRP repair guidelines a plus
  • Time management skills
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team oriented and self-motivated
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
