Within our unique and interactive ABA environment, you will have the opportunity to create therapeutic, In-clinic programming that is truly unique and client centered.
Responsibilities:
Provide intensive one-on-one behavior therapy to children with autism
Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in ABA treatment plan
Conduct stimulus preference assessments
Collect data
Maintain client's program book
Create & develop teaching materials
Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating, dressing, etc.)
Discuss client's daily progress with parents / caretakers
Work with BCBA to implement individualized goals and checklists
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients
Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education
Behavioral / Developmental Intakes & Assessments
Functional Assessments
Train & supervise the work of RBTs
Train parents / caretakers on the use of ABA techniques in the natural environment
Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) supervision & revision
Graphing, charting, table and other visual data displays
Descriptive statistics
Behavior Report writing
Telehealth service delivery as needed
