The Billing Care Support is responsible for answering member billing inquiries and delivering a best in class customer support experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Answer high volume of calls and emails daily
- Provide billing support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, re-submitting, re-processing and adjusting claims.
- Follow up with members to check if they need additional support
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess member's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Determine the quickest, most effective way to answer a member's question
- Identify trends or issues and initiate corrective action to improve revenue cycle management.
- Own ad hoc operational projects as needed by the Billing Manager

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward members at all times.

- Responding promptly to member inquiries
The target salary range for this position is $32.05-$38.33 per hour, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
