Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Generate and send fixed/variable monthly invoices for services rendered, and bill reimbursement of supplies/equipment to customers

· Collecting and verifying the accuracy of supporting billing documents from managers and vendor to ensure all services/projects are properly billed.

· Resolve any billing discrepancies and disputes. Answer customer account inquiry and/or request. Adjusting billing or issue credit memo if needed.

· Update customer accounts pricing change and/or billing preference

· Create new customer account in QB and update contact info, maintain receivable reoccurring transaction in QB

· Send out account statement/aging report, contact customer on payment status

· Reconcile Receivables, generating reports, &comparing budget vs actuals on fix invoices

· Upload the invoices into customer’s portal

· File invoices electronically & physically

Qualifications:

· Associates degree preferred with 2-4 years of accounting experience, but not required

· 1-3 years of payroll experience preferred, but not required

· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and accurately, as well as a team player

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and organization abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
