ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time Billing Operations Specialist for our Corporate office location.

• Work schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Detailed oriented
• Answering, reviewing Customer Service calls coming into corporate office then completing any and all follow up/ corrections required after phone call received.
• Assisting Patients / office staff with any problem accounts which they will need assistance
• Reviewing any and all patient mail that comes in at Corporate office
• Working daily responsibilities, including:
  • Updating any demographics
  • Correcting all negative and positive balances in balance control
  • Any adjustments that need to be done must be reviewed and forwarded to supervisor
  • New insurance info forwarded back needs to be verified before being entered into NextGen
  • Scanning all pt correspondence into ICS.
  • When a patient or office staff member identifies a refund needs to be done, this will be forwarded to the appropriate Dept or set up by a CS rep then forwarded to their supervisor for approval.
  • All patient adjustments will be reviewed they are then forwarded to Supervisor.
  • Enthusiastic approach to completing assignments and their daily duties along with future duties assigned.
  • Logs and daily work must be handed in on a weekly basis to their supervisor
  • Complaints from a patient stating they are filing a complaint with the state etc should immediately be forwarded to their supervisor or manager if not available
  • Patient call backs within 24 - 48 hours, even to inform that their account is being worked on
