Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide supervision of day to day activities of the Billing Teams at our plants in Indianapolis, IN, Warwick, RI, & Virginia Beach, VA;
Conduct training and mentoring as needed.
Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews of billing analysts.
Develop and implement efficient billing processes and procedures to improve billing accuracy and timeliness.
Perform other duties as needed and lead projects as directed
Generate regular reports and metrics on billing performance, team productivity, and billing-related KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to billing, and implement changes as necessary to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 4-5 years of in billing or accounting, with increasing levels of responsibility.
Strong knowledge of billing processes, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other departments.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve team goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze billing data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Proficient in using billing software and other relevant tools, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes and data management.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements related to billing (e.g., GAAP, SOX) is a plus.
