Our Advance Dentistry team is growing and we're looking for some incredible team members to bring into the family!
ROLE:
Billing specialist
THE PARTICULARS:
- 401K with strong employer match
- Medical Insurance, employer pays a large portion of the monthly premium
- Paid holidays after 90 days
- Vacation days, up to 15 paid days per year
- Sick/Personal days, up to 5 paid days per year
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Primary responsibilities include:
- focus on patient aging: sending statements to patients, contacting patients about their balances and answering any questions patients have about their balances.
- Hours are 8 - 5, M - F
- dental experience is helpful & previous Dentrix or Open Dental software experience is also a plus.

RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Potential team members who have at least one year of experience in a dental or medical environment (ideally, in a front office setting) are preferred.
But that is certainly not a prerequisite.
We are more than willing to work with talented, compassionate individuals who demonstrate noteworthy teamwork skills and a genuine drive to serve patients.
