Mid-America publishing is now hiring for a Billing Clerk and office admin in its Hampton, Iowa location.

As a Billing Clerk with Mid-America Publishing & Printing you will be responsible for assisting the bookkeeping team with billing newspapers from around the state, and working with both customers and employees to prepare statements and bill on accounts.
Additional duties will include assisting accounting in billing for custom printing, creating invoices, preparing & distributing monthly statements, data entry and related duties. Accounting experience preferred.
Experience with GSuite, Excel, Word & Peachtree/SAGE 50 will be helpful but we can train candidates with a willing attitude and basic computer skills . This would be a full-time position of appx. 32-40 hours per week, plus OT possibility in our Hampton offices.
