Provide financial, administrative, clerical and basic HR support to the organization. This role includes controlling expenses by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices in a timely, accurate and efficient manner according to established policies and procedures.

Education / Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Associate's degree or higher level of education preferred.

Billing and HR Assistant

Key Job Elements:
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors;
- Transfer data from company systems to various customer reporting systems;
- Run reports, analyzing invoicing variances and provides answers to customer inquiries;
- Create customer invoices;
- Assists in resolving past due invoices;
- Responsible for keeping billing and invoicing statuses current and on track;
- Communicate any necessary changes to customers in a timely manner;
- Maintain accurate records;
- Comply with all PRS policies regarding Billing functions and Revenue Recognition;
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficient in MS office;
- Detail oriented / sense of urgency / follow-through;
- High degree of professionalism when interacting with customers;
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills;
- Must be able to work well with all levels of the organization;
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and efficiently;
- Adapt to frequent changes in workload & priority as circumstances dictate;
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations;
- Advanced Windows Operating Systems experience;
- Intermediate to advance Level of proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of Microsoft office; Oracle DB, MSSQL, and RDP;
- Maintains confidentiality of personal and employment data;
- Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions;
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities;
- Interprets HR Policy;
- Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes
necessary paperwork;
- Process PeopleSoft transactions (New Hires, Transfers, Promotions, Supervisor Changes,
Terminations, Leaves of Absence, etc.);
- Process payroll as required utilizing KRONOS;
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested;
- Maintains records of personnel-related data in both paper and database to ensure all employment requirements are met;
- Supports the recruitment/hiring process.
- Strength – Must be able to lift 35 lbs;
- Motion – The position spends the majority of time in an office setting, at desk utilizing office equipment.
The position will require occasional work on production floor, walking standing, stooping and bending;
- Vision/Hearing Requirements – May spend long periods of time in front of computer screen. Will work
with groups and in committees. Works with detailed policies and procedures;
- Work Environment – Work in temperature-controlled environment in most situations. Occasional
working outside in 0–100 degree F, High noise levels (above 85 decibels); Position requires constantly
standing and walking; Exposure to dirt, dust and confined spaces. Must be capable of wearing PPE (safety
glasses, hardhats, metatarsal boots, earplugs, gloves, etc.) No jewelry (on shop);
- Emotional Demands – Must have good communications and conflict resolution skills;
- Safety – Is not a safety sensitive position. Most be capable of following and adhering to safety policies and
procedures and utilize all PPE.
