We are searching for an amicable bilingual customer service representative who is fluent in both languages (spanish and english). The bilingual customer service representative's duties include tending to inquiries and feedback from clients.

To be successful as a bilingual customer service representative, you should exude confidence and composure when assisting customers. Ultimately, an excellent bilingual customer service representative will continuously brainstorm ways to provide a more pleasant and efficient service to the customers.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or similar.
• Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages.
• Healthcare or Insurance experience
• Need to have your own device Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher.
• Training Hours: 8 am - 5 pm M-F (4 weeks)
• Hours of operation: M-F 8 am-7pm. Saturday 9 to noon.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Bilingual Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
