Bilingual Customer Service Advisor- Work from Home (Remote) Full-Time/ Part Time Positions Available!

REQUIRES APPLICANTS WITH PRIOR WORK FROM HOME CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.

Please be aware this position requires all employees to work Saturdays or Sundays depending on the center.

Pay Scale: Our training rate is $13/hour for the first three weeks of employment. Upon completion of the training period, employees will receive an hourly rate plus commission.

The Stanley Steemer International “Inbound Contact Center" is looking for REMOTE motivated individuals who have customer service or sales in their background. This role is primarily responsible for answering inbound calls to schedule our product and services.

Work from Home Opportunity: Full-time and Part-time positions available. Applicants would need to have weekend availability. Applicants MUST have their own PC computer, a dedicated voice line and high speed internet service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, chats and emails from customers to schedule our carpet cleaning and related products/services
• Educate customers of products and services
• Obtain accurate order information from the customer
