Pay: $55k-65k/yr + bonus

Schedule: M-F, Business hours

Bilingual Payroll Specialist Job Description:

PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our client in search of a Bilingual Payroll Specialist. This is a Full Time, Direct Hire position with a fast-growing property management company in the Coppell, TX area. In this role, your primary focus will be on payroll processing, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities in benefits, recruiting, policy creation, data analytics or employee relations. Bilingual Payroll Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Performs payroll related functions such as processing new hires, terminations, and approving electronic PAFs for wage changes.
• Manages the unemployment process including responding to claims, appeals, and participating in hearings.
• Assists with employee onboarding tasks such as i9 completions, background checks, and eVerify processing.
• May assist with recruitment by reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices

Bilingual Payroll Specialist Job Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in HR/Business Administration or a related field
• HR professional certification[s] are a plus
• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Administrator or Generalist preferred
• Must have experience supporting client groups in multiple states
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred

• Must be 18+ years old

• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
