Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing, elite personal injury law firm, is looking for a Part-Time Intake Specialist to join our growing team! This is a remote position. Only candidates in the following states will be considered: Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Minimum of 16 hours a week OR three shifts per week (shifts are Mon-Fri 6-10pm Central; Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm Central)

Our Intake Specialists conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas. If you're outgoing, great on the phone, and take pride in helping people, this is the job for you!

As an Intake Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and follow up with potential clients;
• Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients;
• Collect appropriate information and provide concise fact summaries, both written and verbal;
• Collaborate with attorneys at every level of the Firm to discuss case summaries;
• Input and track appropriate data into CRM system.

We are looking for Intake Specialists with the following qualifications:

• College degree preferred;
• Bilingual in Spanish required;
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality;
• Strong multi-tasking skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Reliable internet connection;
• Previous work in a law firm a plus.

Compensation: $20 an hour.
