Bilingual Program Supervisor

The Tungland Corporation is known for the personal care they take of its members/clients, providers, and staff. As a leading service company in the Valley, we are seeking a qualified individual for our Bilingual Program Supervisor position in our Mesa office. This candidate must possess the aptitude and compassion to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.

This position is Full-time and offers Benefits + $17.00 an hour + Bonus Structure.

Responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate and interact with members/clients and their families as well as provide a supportive environment to enhance the HCBS services being provided.
• The candidate will lead and advocate for the development of the member's Individualized Service Plan.
• Responsible for developing and managing consumer caseloads including intakes of new members as well as new direct care providers.
• Coordinate and administer Direct Care Provider files in your caseloads.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associates degree in an applicable field or 2 years of applicable relevant work experience
• Bilingual a must: English and Spanish
• Driving required- Reliable transportation and valid AZ DL
• Must hold or have the ability to clear a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card as well as other required background checks.
• Required certifications and training will be provided by the company.
