Job description

We are currently hiring a Part-Time HR Consultant who is fluent in Chinese to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced and dynamic team. This position is fully remote and may require some non-standard hours for meetings with the team in China.

The HR Consultant will need to have a wide breadth of HR experience including full life cycle recruiting, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our clients in order to help them with their human resource needs. This is a strong customer service role and the ideal candidate identifies themself as a problem solver, fixer, coach and wower.

In this position, the HR Consultant will support multiple small business clients, with different policies, procedures and company cultures and is comfortable adjusting rapidly to different environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR or SPHR
• 6+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
