Potomac Case Management Services is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English) Case Manager. We are a direct-care organization performing mental health case management services for a vulnerable population. We meet our clients where they are, primarily performing direct-care work within the communities we serve. We help Marylanders sign up for healthcare, find work, receive community support, gain independence, achieve goals, and access the resources they need to improve their mental, physical, emotional and financial well-being. Additional pay for bilingual candidates to be discussed during interview.

*Please note that orientation/training for this position is 3-4 weeks in our Hagerstown, MD location

We Require:

• Bachelor's degree
• Passion to help others
• Case Management Experience
• Valid Driver's License for past 5 years
• Comply with drug screenings
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
• Bilingual required for this posting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $58,316.96 per year
