Job description
- Subject matter expert on LOA/FMLA/ADA leave processes
- High degree of customer service and sense of urgency to respond to employees to both email and phone inquiries.
- Manages the administration for employee health plans and wellbeing programs for US based employees nationwide.
- Create and implement engaging seminars/learning initiatives with a focus on wellness, health, LOA and new and current benefit offerings.
- System Administration for day to day, quarterly and yearly reporting.
- Benefits Administration, invoicing and working with outside vendors.
- Providing new hire and tenured employees with assistance regarding any questions on their benefit plans
- Tech savvy to provide departmental reporting
- Expert at Leave Administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 + years Benefits/LOA/Human Resources experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge/understanding of the following:
- HRIS platform experience, BSwift preferred
- MS Office Suite
- Leave of Absence Administration
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills (proofreading/editing plan communications/materials) with ability to communicate with senior leadership
- Vendor relationship management
- Team player who also has the ability to be an individual contributor
- Action oriented with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret file specifications for interface development/enhancements
- Ability to work with and through others
- Organizational and time management skills
- Project Management expertise
