**IN-OFFICE ROLE**

Benefits of a Benefits Specialist:

• Pay ranges from $56,000 to $140,000 (DOP/DOE)
• Learn as you go with on-the-job training.

Responsibilities of a Benefits Specialist :

An ideal candidate must have

• Full-time availability
• Must be personable and people-oriented.
• Be a self-starter and work in a sitting or standing position for long periods of time.
• Be able to work with little to no supervision.
• Handle a large volume of calls and holding conversations will our customer base for long periods of time.

This position is perfect for someone who has had previous account management, sales, account executive, or insurance agent experience. Sales representatives or sales executives would also be a good fit for this role as well.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Jacksonville, FL 32216: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
